Unable to import from Trimble 3D warehouse

I've been trying to import from Trimble but it doesn't seem to be working anymore as the download status is always stuck at 50%. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem? I use Live Home 3D on the Mac.

Yes, same for me with last version 3..3.2 (build 869) on mac (10.13.2).

I'm having the same issue. I find an object on 3d warehouse, click the download icon, a message pops up asking me to accept their terms, I click accept, and the download appears to start, but stalls at 50%. Clicking the object box in the project (when in 3d mode) turns it into a box stating "Object could not be loaded. Please try again later."
This has been going on for 3 days now.

Same here. About 3 days ago I was working on my project and was importing from 3d warehouse without any problems. Then all of a sudden I started having the problem described in the posts above. I literary downloaded an item just fine and one minute later I couldn't download any items. I hope this gets resolved.

Trimble 3D Warehouse has updated its default file format for objects, which is SketchUp 2018. Currently, this format is not supported by our program. As a workaround, you should open object's page at Trimble and select Collada file type from Download menu:
