My Intel iMac refused to mount the CDs for BCC. I was able to mount them on my PowerBook G4 and copied the files over my network to a folder on my iMac desktop.
I clicked on the BCC 4.mpkg, ran the installer to completion, looked in the Apps directory expecting to find the program and did not find it.
I searched the hard drive with Spotlight and found nothing other than the original desktop folder containing the BCC files copied from my PowerBook.
Just to be sure I repeated the install procedure and had the same result.
Any suggestions?

Hi jerrylp,

The program is named "Business Card Composer 4.app" in Finder after successful installation. Try exactly this name for search.
The installer adds the program to the Applications folder.

If you are unable to find the program, try to install it again. Read messages of the installer. At the last step, it will tell you that the installation was successful or unsuccessful. In the second case, choose "Window/Installer Log" in the installer menu. The log window will open. Select "Show Everything" in the drop-down menu of Log window. Click "Save" in the Log window to save the log on the hard disk. Send the log file to support@belightsoft.com – we will check it.

Here is the install log. There are two packages missing from my copy process... I assume they are hidden files on the CD. It's interesting that the installer seems to run to completion but does not report back that "zero" files were written to disk.

Hi jerrylp,

Not the whole disc content has gotten onto your iMac. This is why the installer couldn't finish its work correctly.

Let's return back to disc mounting. Check if CDs have no dust on. Then try to mount again. If doesn't work, please ask our e-mail support (support@belightsoft.com) for further assistance. Paste the link to this topic in your e-mail.
