LightScribe Drive is recognized, but button is greyed out

Yosemite 10.10.2

Disc Cover: version 3.0.11

LightScribe Driver: version 1.18.27.10

The image below says it all. Disc Cover is recognizing the drive as LightScribe enabled, but I'm not understanding why the "Next" button is grayed out. Nothing in the Disc Cover documentation explains this. THANK-YOU!

Ok, I started over and tried one of the pre-made LightScribe themes from the "Disc Cover Assistant" window and it worked fine.

So I looked closer and apparently the default blank template does not work for LightScribe. I was simply using the default "CD/DVD Label or Disc" that you get when creating a new label.

I just needed to add one with "LightScribe" in the name, like "LightScribe Full Label". I never would have thought to dig deeper and examine the template if I hadn't decided to try one of the pre-made LightScribe labels.

This is not intuitive at all. Perhaps there should be some GUI message saying the current template is not compatible with the selected printing method. Otherwise, the "CD/DVD Label or Disc" template looks virtually identical to the "LightScribe" template. Even the little icons just above the template don't say a whole lot unless you hover over them for a while. Nothing in the window tells you the name/kind/type of the selected template.

Better yet, a preference setting that allows me to choose the default template when creating a new label would be great... then I wouldn't have to think about this every time I use the software.
