Unable to Print

I have a Mac OSX 10.5.8 and I am unable to Print. The Print Dialogue Box doesn't even appear! I downloaded the recent Business Card Composer Update - 5.0.4.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hi SFLee,

1. Try to print your cards once more to repeat the problem. Then save the console log and send it to support@belightsoft.com (mention this forum).

To save the console log, open the Console application from the Applications/Utilities folder. Choose File > Open Console Log. Then choose File > Save a Copy As in the menu of Console to save the log.

2. Open any template (File > New from Assistant) and try to print it. In the system print dialog, choose Preview instead of actual printing.
If everything works well, the problem resides in your document. Please send it to me too.
If the template didn't print too, try to move the preferences file
it is located in your Home.
Does this change anything?
