When I try to do a mail merge the first address line is run into one line, e.g., what is in my Apple address book as:
Joe Bloggs
The Willows
Lower Lane
Hartstead
Leamington Spa
CV12 7NT
Comes out as
Joe Bloggs
The Willows Lower Lane Hartstead
Leamington Spa
CV12 7NT
It seems the line return in the street field is not being recognised. I doubt this is a Mac issue as using Word for Mac mail merge, it comes out correctly, with the line return recognised.

Re: Mail Merge problems
Hi
Please check out the program preferences. In the Address Panel tab, there is the "Set street field in a line" check box. Try to deselect it.

Re: Mail Merge problems
Hi Nick. I cannot see that option anywhere in Printworks. It is not in Preferences (there is only a General and a Design tab) and it is not in the Insert/Address Field menu.

Re: Mail Merge problems
Hi Captain Slocum,
Sorry, it's my fault. I was thinking about Labels & Addresses which is one of our programs. Printworks doesn't have the option to place an address in several lines. I'll tell the developers that this feature is needed.
