Restoring Issue
I have tried to restore main time from OS 10.9.5 with Get Backup 2.6.1 however it just says Restoring from "folders etc" and never completes. I am just trying to restore one single file and I have tried to restore to both custom folder locations and original source and I getting the same issue

Re: Restoring Issue
Try to enable an options which enables application to process selected archive only. Also note that if you have placed archives on a network disk and it is a large chunk of data, it might take a time for application to receive archive first and then crawl through it to find files/folders you've selected for restoration.

Re: Restoring Issue
When I look at the files I wish to restore in the view content they don't have a Volume icon next to them what does that mean, also what does the tab 'ignore info about file presence' mean?

Re: Restoring Issue
It means that files aren't in the currently selected (at the top) archive. Ignore present mean that application will scan through all archives trying to find file(s) to restore.
