I'm trying to print a saved label to an Avery 8160 on an HP Color LaserJet CMP 1312nfi MFP that I have used for two years. I'm running this off of a MacBook Pro running 10.6.4.
The label is created and saved just fine but it when I select 1 label or 30 and select "Next" the crash report opens.
It also happens when attempting to print to Avery 8567 labels.
So I can create any artwork / label just fine. It just crashes when trying to print.
Not good.
Life's too short for follow up calls.

Hi,

Probably you are using Mail Factory that is not compatible with Snow Leopard.

There is a possibility to crossgrade to Labels & Addresses that can open documents created in Mail Factory and works with Mac OS 10.6.
