Tested on differents Mac computers, it seems the integration with FMP Advanced 12.0V4 is no more working using with Labels & Addresses 1.6.5 (V475).

L&A did propose to open FMP then FMP file wich is correctly opening the FMP file (FMP side) but nothing is parsed or even transmitted on the L&A side.

Any idea, or similar experience? I did uses the File Maker 12 Advanced Version.

Thank you

Please open the Address Importing tab in the program Preferences and make sure that the path to FileMaker 12 is specified. Then try to import again.

If data isn't transferred to Labels & Addresses:
1. Tell me if there are any error messages shown.
2. Check the bottom of the Console log for massages about L&A and FMP. If there is anything related, post log messages here.
To access logs, open the Console application from the Applications/Utilities folder. Choose "All Messages" in the left panel. Then select File > Save a Copy As in the menu of Console to save the log.

It can help, if you compress the database you are importing from, and send it to with the link to this discussion. We'll try to import from it on our computer.

What version of Mac OS is on your computer?

Did you download L&A from our web site or App Store?

FileMaker lets you export your database as a tab-separated text file. You can use it as an alternative way to bring your data to L&A.

Thanks for sending us your answers and log. It seems that you imported from a rather large database, and according to the log, the process stops by timeout. Or, the program opens up a message box or a dialog, and is waiting for user's reaction.

The site of FileMaker gives some explanation:

As I noted earlier, try to export your data to a tab-separated text file and then import from it to L&A. We'll work on the problem you have met to fix it in one of future updates.
