After sorting the addresses, it would be very useful to then be able to select a range on the Sort field - for example, to select a range of zip codes to print.

bg, you can actually select (using standard for OS X ways with Shift or Control) items in the list and initiate printing — temporarily print list will be created for printing.

Ajax,
If I have 1000 names and only want to print addresses in Ney York, I have to then manually step and select. But I can't read the full address in the list, only the name. So then I have to read a spreadsheet and select.

I see… but you can try to sort by ZIP, then check for first and last in the list and select them only — click on first, then SHIFT+click on last. Sure it is not a way to do efficiently but currently this is the only solution. Yet we could consider filters for print list editor in further updates.
