Can you embed fonts in a SP4 doc to facilitate sharing?

We use Swift Publisher 4 for our church bulletin so our at least 3 staff members work on the bulletin each week before it's finished. Unfortunately sometimes one of us has a font that the others don't. When that happens and one of the other staff opens the bulletin, the font gets changed to something basic and messes up the layout and the look. If the staff person who used the font is not available, we have to guess at what they wanted. Is it possible to embed fonts in the document so that we wouldn't mess up someone else's page when we go to work on our stuff in the bulletin? I looked around and couldn't find a way to do this, so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks!

Hi David,

Swift Publisher cannot embed fonts in documents. I've added this as a feature request. At the moment, you can try to pass your documents to another computer together with used fonts.

The Font Book lets you find a file associated with a particular font by its name.
