new document???

Postby strider72 » September 24th, 2015, 12:47 pm

Unless I'm missing something, this is the only Document-based program in existence that does not have a New command.

How do I create a new document, short of quitting the program? Command-N does nothing.

It's there, under File! Cmd-N works as well. Reinstall the program?

Deleted. Redownloaded. Reinstalled. Deleted Preferences.

There is no "New Document" command. Command-n does nothing.

Swift Publisher 4.0.1
Mac OS 10.10.5

Notably, even after deleting preferences, the app still knows what my recent files are. So apparently it doesn't store its preferences in the preferences file.

This is a joke. I've wasted hours on Swift Publisher's bugs.

Sorry, but I'm running 10.8.5 without this issue - can I suggest using the support form via the tab at the top of this page.

Indeed there is something gone haywire and there is no New in the File menu. However this is not an usual case, at all.
