Is there a way to print my guidelines?

Hi kyle775,

Guidelines cannot be printed. You can draw lines over guidelines.

It can be useful to add these lines to a separate layer to isolate them from the rest of your design. In this case, you'll be able to hide or show these lines all together by hiding or showing that layer.
