A way to crop images to precise sizes…

Hi all,
It could be nice to add some controls to the Crop "effect":
- a way to crop an image with precise height and width (ex.: you have an 1024 by 768 pixels image and you want to use a part of 240 by 72 pixels).
There's a really nice example (imho) of this in a application named Photo Complete:

The best would be to use pixels unit (to Web or Screen works) and cm/inche units (to print works with SP for ex.) but you have to "deal" with resolution.
