I have upgraded to BC 5.0.4 on 2 of my 3 computers. On the 3rd my registration number results in a "not valid" message. How might I fix this?

Hi mbroom,

Try to delete the preferences file
located in the Library inside your Home.

Did you install BCC 5.0.4 from scratch? If not, try also to delete the application and install it using the full package (not an update).

Thanks! Deleting the preference files did the trick.
