Hi. I usually use round corners cards and I wonder how can i get a rectangle in with the 2 lowers corners are rounded and the 2 upper one's are, of course, squashed .

I tried using Art Test but the final shape was not what i wanted. (but i did tried hard, !) Thank you
:)

Hi dujox
From my point of view, the easiest way to get something like this:

Image

should be to use two shapes (smart shapes in this examples) and place them like this:

Image

Select the shapes, group them and set Fill color as you want.
Yet, there're some drawbacks:
- adding stroke adds stroke to each shape not to the group as a whole:

Image

- the same way, filling with gradient or image isn't really usable as the two shapes are filled independently.

So, the second way should be to use Art Text:
- use two shapes (the same ones used in previous example)
- select them
- use Union (Layers>Union or Cmd-U) to transform these two shapes in on new shape
- the main difference is that, now, you can apply stroke, gradient/image fill to this whole new shape

Drawback: all styles (stroke, fill) have to be added from Art Text not BCC because BCC stroke and fill don't "respect" the alpha layer.
Hope this helps.
