I have been printing from BCC for quite a while with no problem

I started to experiment with printing on both sides Initially I had no problem, but I saved the file as a new file and made some changes to the back side of the card.

When I print the card, it is printing the card smaller than the card should be.
82 X 46 vs 89 X 50

I am printing to Avery 8869 card stock which tells me to use template 8373.

In the BCC dialogue box I have selected Print Sides Both, Duplex Printing Order and Print as Raster Image.

Hi REM,

We have both paper stocks listed in BCC. I tried printing - the size of cards was correct. Probably your card was scaled down by the printer driver. Check its settings. When you are printing, don't use any print presets, set presets to standard.

The printer I am using is an Hp Business Inkjet 1200dn.
This printer is capable of printing Duplex, printing one side and then the other without any help from me.

When I print only the front side, the size comes out fine. When I print Duplex the size is smaller than it should be.

The back side is rotated 180 degrees but that should be no problem as I can rotate the image the same amount.

Hi REM,

Please check the version of BCC, is it 4.3 ?

In Paper Handling settings, you have Destination size Paper: Scale to fit Paper size. Maybe this option causes scaling - try to choose "Use documents paper size".

Did you try printing when the raster printing mode was turned off?

The back side is rotated 180 degrees but that should be no problem as I can rotate the image the same amount.

Probably, you have selected wrong binding option (Layout section). Choose Long-edged binding.

the version of BCC is 4.3

In paper handling it insists that the "use documents Paper size" size is A4 rather than US letter
that is why I have chosen destination size Paper.

Haven't tried to print with raster printing mode off but it works that way fine when printing one side only.

Leave A4 and see if the card size at duplex printing is correct.

Keeping it as A4 appears to have worked as far as size, I printed it to regular paper rather than card stock, Will now try it with card stock and see what happens.
