CD label MG6360

Postby BobnLesley » May 29th, 2014, 10:36 pm

I have a new Apple Mac and a Cannon MG6360 printer.
I am unable to set the printer preferences to CD tray J.
I can do it in your app but no luck printing disc labels.
Any help

Hi BobnLesley,

To select Tray J, open the list of papers and trays using this menu command: File > Change Layout. Then select Canon as the Manufacturer, set the Element and Size to All. Canon Tray Type J should be in the list.

No good I'm sorry to say.
I have done all you have suggested BUT I can find no way from my computer to tell the printer to print to the J tray. There seems to be no option to change the print dialog as directed in the "For successful printing on CD/DVD" pop-up. This may be a problem between Apple Mac and Canon printer, but I would really like it to work.

The CD/DVD printing option can be not present in the Print dialog when the printer is connected to the computer over WiFi. In such case, you should connect it using the USB cable.
