If I place my order online, how long does it take to get the serial number?
The time it takes to process your online order will be under a minute. The time it takes for you to receive your registration information depends on what product edition you have ordered (boxed or download edition). The serial number for the boxed edition is shipped inside the box. For the download edition the serial number is included in the automated email, which is sent immediately. You should carefully enter your email address. Please make sure that our emails are not stopped by your spam filter.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy with the product, simply contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will issue a refund.
Do you offer Educational Pricing?
Educators, students, and academic institutions can buy BeLight products at a discounted price.
Miscellaneous
Can I install the software on both my laptop and desktop computers?
Single license permits either multiple users to install and use the software on a single computer, or a single user to install and use the software on multiple computers. The license does not allow multiple users to use the software on multiple computers. Family pack allows multiple users to install and register the program on 5 computers in a household.
I already purchased your software, but I lost my license code. How do I get it back?
If you have lost your license code, please contact our Technical Support. We'll be happy to look up your registration and send this information to you again. Please be sure to include your name, email address at the time of purchase, and, if available, the order number, so that we can find your record.
Mac App Store Questions
I have problems with purchasing or downloading the software from App Store. Who can help me?

Can I use App Store to update software purchased from BeLight and vise versa?
No. You should update the software purchased from App Store using the Update tab of the App Store application. You will be notified about available updates by App Store application. Programs purchased from BeLight Software web site can not be updated via App Store application, use the "Check for Updates" function instead.
I have already bought your application from App Store. Does this automatically license a copy of this application downloaded from your web site?
No. Programs purchased via App Store do not require a license code, and are ready for use once download is complete. While applications downloaded from BeLight Software web site require a license code, which you don't have in case of App Store purchase.
Can I upgrade from BeLight version of the software to App Store version or vise versa?
No. App Store doesn't offer any upgrade options yet. If such option becomes available, we will offer our existing customers to move to App Store at a discount fee.
We don't have any automatic procedure to convert App Store customers into those who purchased from BeLight Software web site. If you have any reason for such conversion, please contact us. You will be required to provide a relevant proof of App Store purchase.
Are there any differences between the App Store version and the software available on your web site?
There is no feature difference between respective versions of the programs available in App Store and BeLight Software web site.
The only exception to this is Get Backup, App Store version of which lacks Cloning and "Use administrator privileges" option. This is done to be in line with Mac App Store guidelines.
Can I buy a newer version in App Store with a discount if an old version was bought from BeLight directly?
No. App Store doesn't offer any upgrade options yet. If such option becomes available, we will offer our existing customers to move to App Store at a discount fee.
We provide upgrades from previous versions on BeLight Software web site.
Is software price in App Store and on BeLight Software web site the same?
No. We may offer time limited discounts via different online and retail stores. It's up to you to compare prices and choose one that suits you best.
I haven't received the license key after purchasing your software from App Store. Can you resend it to me?
No. Programs purchased via App Store do not require a license code, and are ready for use once download is complete.
Can I download additional or bonus content from App Store?
No. Additional cliparts, fonts, 3D models are only available from BeLight Software web site, and may require additional payment.
