how long does it take to get the serial number?
The time it takes to process your online order will be under 1 minute.
The time it takes for you to receive your registration information
depends on what product edition you have ordered, boxed or download
edition. The serial number for a boxed edition is shipped inside the
box. For download edition the serial number is included in the automated
email, which is sent immediately. You should carefully enter your email
address. Please make sure that our emails are not stopped by your spam
filter.
Do you offer a money back
guarantee?
We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not
happy with the product, simply contact us within 30 days of the purchase
date and we will issue a refund.
Can I buy your software in a
store?

my license code. How do I get it back?
If you have lost your original registration information (name and license
code), please contact our Technical
Support. We'll be happy to look up your registration and send this
information to you again at no charge. Please be sure to include enough
information (your name and email address when ordering, the order number
if you have it) so that we can find your record.
