Best comments on "Boston Expo cancelled"

The only worse event would be cancelling the SF Expo. Signals a free fall on the computer side.

Having attended most Boston Expos over the years—and made many purchases—the 2005 one was a sad shell with mostly ipod add-ons and games. With big exhibitors mostly missing and many-time attendees shocked at the few booths, it was a wake for an old comfortable friend. Where were Adobe, Apple and other big names?? For this wake I flew in from Florida and desperately hoped the show was the only casualty, and the platform was still healthy.

Hard to believe that they would cancel the East coast show.

Being on the East coast this cut to zero the number of venues where you can go to see new Mac innovations. It had a negative impact on our UG also since one of our yearly events was a bus trip to MacExpo.

Will Weber:
These were all hard choices but I think the Boson Expo being cancelled was the worst because so many people look forward to it.
