Macintosh event of the year 2005
We have concluded our poll on the most significant Macintosh
event of the year 2005. The idea of the poll was to encourage our guests
to express their thoughts and opinions in reference to the events that
rocked the Mac community in 2005.
We have received 747 great comments and the best of them
are collected in the chart below. According to the survey, "Apple
goes Intel" is by far the most significant announcement
of the year 2005. Thanks to everyone who took part in the survey!

BeLight and MacMinute run a survey on the most significant event of the year 2005. We would like your opinion on the event that deserves to be announced as the most influential and striking in the Macintosh world. Write an interesting and creative comment about your selection to win an iTunes Music Card.
We have prepared two $50 music cards for two best comments, and four $25 cards for runners-up. All the participants will also receive a 15% Christmas discount on Mail Factory from BeLight — an award winning software to create envelopes, postcards, address&shipping labels.
The Official Rules
By entering the poll you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- To enter you need to select one event from the list above and enter a comment from December, 12th till Saturday, December 24th, 2005.
- Winners will be determined by BeLight and MacMinute teams on the basis of submitted comments. The decision is final and binding.
- Two winners will receive $50 worth of iTunes Music Card each, four runners up will get $25 card each. All the participants will also receive 15% discount on Mail Factory application (valued U.S. $40).
- $50 iTunes Music Cards can be delivered by post or e-mail, $25 iTunes Music Cards will be delivered to the e-mail submitted in the voting form.
- Winner will be notified by email, on the address submitted in the voting form. Please double-check your name and e-mail address which you enter in the fields above.
- BeLight Software reserves the right to publish the name of the winner and submitted comments on www.belightsoft.com and www.macminute.com without additional permission.
- This survey is open to anyone except BeLight Software and MacMinute employees and their families.
- The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the voting end and will be announced on www.belightsoft.com.
