 After reviewing BeLight Software's Business Card Composer,
I was excited to try the company's layout application, Swift Publisher.
With inspiring templates, loads of images and a great
price, Swift Publisher is excellent for creating high-impact newsletters and
documents.
Swift Publisher is an excellent program for designing and printing colorful flyers, newsletters, brochures, letterheads, catalogs, fax covers, certificates, menus, posters and cards. With loads of templates and clipart, the user will be sure to find the right style and images to make the perfect document. The application offers over 23,000 high quality images, 100 unique masks and around 100 professionally-designed templates.
Some of the outstanding features of Swift Publisher are its
ease of use, the wide range of exporting and importing options it offers
and its ability to work with iPhoto. Swift Publisher exports to JPEG, PDF or
TIFF and imports most graphic formats including EPS, GIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG
and TIFF. It even gives the user direct access to their iPhoto library using
iPhoto integration and importing custom images is as easy as dragging and
dropping. The application also features adjustable layout guides, text
wrapping, spell checking, background and foreground layer-switching, along
with an assortment of editing tools to control transparency, tiling, apply
masks and fills, crop images and more.
Swift Publisher has a better selection of templates than
Apple's Pages and is easy enough for anyone to use. If you're looking for
a program with templates to create newsletters and the like then Swift
Publisher would be a great choice since it sells for considerable less
than Pages.

Swift Publisher is excellent for creating high-impact newsletters and
documents. It sells for $34.95 for the download edition (which contains a
limited number of clipart images) or $39.95 (plus shipping and handling)
on BeLight's website.
