You have an option to search and download images from the Web, or use the internal clipart library. The retail edition of Swift Publisher contains over 24,000 high-quality images sorted into categories and 130 professionally designed templates. Among them there are vector images scalable to any size and photo objects with transparent background that can be applied to any picture to create diverse designs. You'll surely find something to fit your taste. The standard edition contains a limited number of graphics — about 1,000 clipart images and 90 pre-designed templates.
Can I display my images in the Clipart Panel?
Yes. Select Custom Folder in the collection switch. Navigate to the folder you wish and its contents will be displayed in the panel to the left of the document.

The registered version of Swift Publisher allows you to use Art Text without purchasing an Art Text license. Note that Art Text must be installed on your computer to do this. Such use of Art Text complies with these rules:
- Art Text must be opened from a registered copy of Swift Publisher. To do this, use the Art Text toolbar button with the “a” icon.

Can I use text symbols as clipart?
You have discovered a new source of good-looking clipart! You can use symbols from the Mac OS X symbol fonts. Choose Edit > Special Characters (Cmd-Opt-T) in the menu. Toggle on the text editing mode and double-click on the symbol, it will be pasted in the text.
How can I match the color of one object to the color of another?
Matching colors in Swift Publisher is actually quite simple. Let's say you have a triangle and a square. The triangle is green, and you want to match the color of the square to that of the triangle. Simply select the square and click on the color button in the Fill & Shadow tab of the Inspector. Then click the magnifying glass next to the largest color block and place the mouse over the triangle and click the left button. The other object automatically takes on the color of the other. Pretty cool, huh?
Printing and Sharing Documents
Can I export my document to a graphic file?
Swift Publisher can export to TIFF, JPEG, EPS and PDF file formats.
Can I print my documents in the print shop?
Sure. You can have your flyer, brochure, etc. printed and delivered to you by a print shop. Visit our Web page to read the instructions on how to prepare your file and submit it to a print shop.
Program Registration
Where can I find the license code?
Owners of the program get the registration (license) code in the purchase confirmation e-mail. Or, if you have the boxed edition, enter it manually.
Does the licensed version turn off the watermark “Swift Publisher Trial Version”?
This watermark will disappear immediately after you purchase the full licensed version of the software and register it with the license code. To register, please select Swift Publisher > License in the menu bar and enter your name and license code there.
What if my program rejects the license code?
Please carefully copy and paste your license code into the License dialog. If you enter it manually, make sure you don't use the 'O' character, type only the 0 (zero) digit in the license code. Please take note that there is also no capital letter 'I', but only the 1 (one) digit in the license code.
