The Document Setup dialog controls document-wide settings. The dialog has two sections: Page Properties and Document Setup.
The Page Properties section controls page size, orientation and color.
Page size can be selected from the drop-down list containing the most popular paper formats and paper formats supported by the printer installed in the system.
If you need more formats, click the Page Setup button. It will bring up the standard Page Setup dialog to access the full list of paper formats including custom ones.
The Orientation option changes page orientation and reflects the corresponding option in the Page Setup dialog.
The Margin Size setting controls margins size of pages that have no master page. Otherwise margins size of corresponding master page will be used.
Measurement units can be changed in program Preferences.
The Simulate Paper Color option changes color of paper in the design
canvas to display how your document will look after printing on paper of selected
color. The color background will not be printed, it is only displayed.
To turn on/off displaying paper color, use the Paper Color option from the View menu.
The Document Setup section has three text boxes: Document Title, Author and Description. Use them to save a description of the document along with the document.
