Working with Addresses

• Use addresses from OS X Address Book, Entourage, Now Contact, Eudora, FileMaker, MS Excel, vCards or tab-delimited text files, or input them manually. The choice of address location (Work, Home, Primary) is available for each program.
• Inner Data Storages:
  • Mass mailings’ database — store and edit your mailing list.
  • Recipients’ database — store and edit recipient’s details directly in the program.
  • Senders’ database — easily switch between private and corporate correspondence.
• Recipients can be sorted according to contact fields (Name, ZIP, etc.)
• The sources like Entourage import data to the inner database to avoid the long import process each time they are selected. The search option is available for all addresses.
• Choose one of the 15 address templates (corporate, private, extended, etc.) or create your own.
• Counter feature allows you to numerate labels, assign each label a unique number.

Advanced Mailing

• Print USPS POSTNET, Canada Post and Royal Mail barcodes on labels and envelopes.
• FIM-A Code (Facing Identification Mark) can be printed on envelopes with US addresses. This code is used together with the barcode and serves for automated sorting purposes.
