Creation Envelopes

With Mail Factory, you can print addresses on envelopes and design your own envelopes. The program supports great number of envelopes and postcards - European (ISO), US (Standard), Japanese. Mail Factory also supports most common envelopes with windows, and allows to create custom envelope sizes.

Envelope Types

In Mail Factory, envelopes are divided into European, US (Standard) and Japanese. When choosing the envelope size from the list, it's recommended that you use the "Type" filter to choose the correct envelope type based on the envelopes used in your country.

For your convenience, Mail Factory shows the dimensions of envelopes near to their names.

Some envelopes may have windows. As there is no uniform standard for window size and position, Mail Factory offers just the most common window envelopes. For supported envelopes, tick the Use Window box when choosing the envelope in the Assistant or the Layouts dialog. If you're using envelopes with other window size or position, you can create a custom layout and use it for all such envelopes. For more information about creating custom layouts, see "Editing Custom Layouts".

Creating a New Envelope From Assistant

If you are new to Mail Factory, or want to create your envelope using one of the ready-made designs, start from the Assistant. Follow the 3 easy steps of envelope creation. First, select a envelope layout from the list. Then choose one of the ready-made designs and finally choose the sender's and recipient's addresses which will be printed on the envelope.
Find more details in Assistant.

Your envelope with the selected delivery address, and your address as the return address will appear on the design canvas in the Mail Factory window.

If you're satisfied with the way everything looks, you can print your envelope (see "Printing Labels, Envelopes and Postcards"). Otherwise, you can edit the envelope by customizing and adding address panels, text, graphics, changing fonts, etc.

For more information about editing your envelope, see "Editing Objects".
