Macworld, award in Dan Frakes' Mac Gems:
May, 2005
"Wish Address Book had better features for printing envelopes and
labels? Mail Factory lets you create custom label and envelope layouts — by
dragging address elements, images, and more onto your chosen label or envelope
size — and then print them out using contacts from OS X’s Address Book,
Entourage, Eudora, or a number of other contact databases. You can also use one of
the included templates for pretty much any label or envelope printer, or let Mail
Factory’s Assistant walk you through the process of creating your own format
and style."

User Feedback
• I absolutely love Mail Factory. I have been using the Mac since 1985. This is
the best integrated, most simple, most likely to "do what I mean" software for handling my
paper correspondence that I have ever used. Thank you for developing it!
Herb Patterson
• I have been waiting for a long time for Mail Factory and the wait was well worth
it. So, I bought it, tried it and it works great. Now I can get rid of all the other programs I
have been using to patch together labels and envelop printing. I also own your Business Card Composer
program and use it often, another great program. Keep up the Great work!!
Chris D.
• Just wanted to tell you how amazed I am that such a simple piece of software could
make so much difference to my business! No longer do I worry that my correspondence might be let down
by the envelopes — even the cheapest stationery can suddenly be made to look really classy.
Well done and thank you for your efforts.

• I'm an Apple Consultant, and received your software through their network. I absolutely
love your product. The ease of use and number of designs in the package is terrific. It is nothing short
of GENIUS!
Paul Donegan
• Your software is excellent: looks elegant, performs quickly, quite complete/comprehensive,
and very intuitive. Technical support is an example of excellent support for a first-class application.
If I can be of value as a reference for future potential customers, please feel free to do so.

• It's pretty rare that you can get help with problems when they happen. And the speed of
the response was wonderful as well!
