Get Backup Version 2
Get Backup 2 completely revolutionizes the previous version of the program and brings you an
all new and improved interface, making backup process more intuitive and fun. Furthermore, the program becomes
a synergy of two tasks, the backup and synchronization.
The cool interface flip feature reveals the brand new capability of the program. By default the program
works as a backup utility, but once Window Flip is activated the program turns into file and folder
synchronization tool.
 Synchronization in itself is a very powerful and useful feature, allowing users to make sure
that two locations contain identical up-to-date files. In case a file has been added, changed, or deleted
from one location, the program will add, change, or delete the same file at the other location. This ensures
that both the desktop and laptop computers have the most recent contacts list, mail boxes, iChat history and other
important files.
Depending on the user's choice, the program executes one-way or bidirectional synchronization.
The one-way synchronization option makes one of the locations as the source and changes occur to files in the other
location only, while bidirectional synchronization keeps two locations in sync with each other. Each and
every synchronization process can be scheduled to run automatically on a given day and time, also you can
filter the files that have to be synchronized.
Interface changes and addition of sync capability are not the only modifications in Get Backup.
One important improvement of the program is its integration with Apple iPhoto, Mail, iTunes and Address Book,
which makes it very easy to access and backup necessary data.
