Business Card Composer from BeLight Software is
a Mac OS X application that allows the user to design and print great-looking
business cards, calling cards, and badges without being a professional
designer.
Business Card Composer is an excellent application
that, for a great price, makes creating professional-looking business cards
quick and easy.
As the company's first product, Business Card Composer really shines. The application has
an incredible graphics collection, with more than 23,000 clipart images and
photos, over 500 business card designs, and over 1000 masks. Targeted
to small office and home office users, Business Card Composer is also great
for companies who need to create custom business cards to reflect special
events and promotions, or small runs of cards for temporary staff.
Business Card Composer gives direct access to iPhoto
collections and allows the user to import graphics in virtually any format.
Importing custom images simply involves dragging and dropping, but if you
don't have any images to import then there are more than enough backgrounds,
borders and symbols to choose from, right within the application.
The program uses Address Book to enter personal details
in to the relevant fields, and any information can be easily changed.
Just as changing information on the card is easy, changing font size and
type is simple using the Font dialog box.
The cards can be printed at home, using the included
business card paper (enough for 100 cards), or sent to a commercial print
shop for printing.
