Printing Cards for Several People

If you need to print just one card for many people (for instance, ID cards, name cards, badges, etc.), the regular printing procedure becomes inconvenient. For this purpose you should use the Print for Several People option, which can be called from the File menu. It allows you to print the selected card for several people from the Apple Address Book.

In the dialog that comes up you can select the people from the Address Book by ticking boxes near their names. If the people make up a group in the Address Book, select the group from the drop-down list and then click the Select All button. The Preferred Source list lets you choose which address to use (work, home, etc.).

To print the cards, click the Print button.

It is possible to use a unique image for every single card. The program can automatically insert image into the specified location on the card during printing. You can use images from the Address Book as well as from other locations.
