Cathedral ceilings

I realize that you were not able to do sloping ceilings at one point (expect by using an object), but a post from Ferbuary 2010 gave me the impression that cathedral ceilings are now possible.  Can you please explain how this is done?  Also, can the ceiling height be made great than 126 inches?  The ceiling in my great room is a cathedral that's 12ft at it's highest and 8ft at its lowest points.

Re: Cathedral ceilings

Hi acantrell,

Now Live Interior lets you add roofs. A roof may have many segments with different slope angle. Try to add a roof and then customize it by adding more segments.

The ceiling height can be even 1000 in.

Re: Cathedral ceilings

But the roof doesn't seem to affect the interior ceilings.  There is a ceiling "slab" that currently acts as the interior ceiling, and which I can't get rid of.

Re: Cathedral ceilings

You can add a ceiling opening over the whole room so that the ceiling will disappear.
