No staff support?

I was going to buy this app but decided to take the write to register on the forum to explain why I changed my mind in case any staff might see this. Basically there seems to be very little community forum support. Many people have asked questions that have gone unanswered for over a month. As a result I’ll stick with my current solution even though I’m not happy with it. Throwing money at new solutions when they don’t seem well supported seems like a bad value proposition. Love the look of the app though so I hope to check in next year and try again.

I don’t know about the forum but when I filled in a support request I got a reply the next day. Perhaps the forum isn’t an official channel for contacting the company but more a user-to-user function.
