I can't seem to figure out how to put multiple addresses on one label sheet. It only lets me do one name and address and prints a whole sheet of this one. Please help. I don't want to continue to waste label sheets

Hi

You need to add data fields onto the label using the Insert > Address Field menu. In the Print dialog, click on the Print List button to display a list of contacts stored in your Contacts (Address Book). Tick those you need to print. Check if everything is correct in the preview and print.

Thank you Nick. It worked. now I just have to figure out how to keep the state name from overlapping the city. And get the zip code on the same line. Any suggestions?

Hi

Any fields should overlap if they are included into an address panel.

Did you use an address panel or individual fields?
If the second, replace fields with an address panel.

If text overlap in an address panel, please send your document displaying an address with overlapping to support@belightsoft.com together with the link to this topic. Also send us a screenshot displaying the problem.

To take a screenshot, press Cmd-Shift-4 and select the needed area on the screen. The created picture will be saved on your Desktop.

And get the zip code on the same line. Any suggestions?

You wish to have a ZIP code on the same line with what?
