Restoring unrecognized purchases?

I purchased "Live Interior 3D Pro" for Windows, as well as the $4.99 feature for Collada/3DS/etc Import/Export, have receipt from Microsoft, charge was applied to my CC, etc. However, the software itself said the purchase was rejected, and I do not see any indication the feature is now available.

Most software that do in-app purchases support a "Restore Purchases" option which causes the local software to reconcile its list of enabled features against the Store DB, updating locally if they find discrepancies. I need the same functionality in "Live Interior 3D Pro", but cannot see any way to do that.

Please tell me what I need to do in order to get LI3DPro to recognize I purchased the 3D import/export feature?

The a sales person will ask you if any extra details are necessary. I don't know how they deal with such situations.
