Backup Fails With Pro 3

Postby realspear » February 1st, 2016, 12:03 pm

I recently installed Pro 3, having been a 2 user before. Since then, my backup has failed consistently. (Clone does work.) I have uninstalled and reinstalled, removed all projects and started from scratch, and nothing solves the problem. I have included the most recent log file. Thanks in advance.

Hi

Please send the following details to support@belightsoft.com together with a link to this topic
1. The full log of Get backup. Click the Log History button in the Log Window.
2. The Console log.
3. A screenshot of your project's settings.

Before saving the logs, repeat the problem to refresh error messages.

To save the Console log, open the Console application from the Applications/Utilities folder. Choose "All Messages" in the left panel. Then select File > Save a Copy As in the menu of Console to save the log.

To take a screenshot, press Cmd-Shift-4 and select the needed area on the screen. The created picture will be saved on your Desktop.
