I have some logos that I created in Art Text 2 by saving my own symbol as a PDF. I was able to navigate to this from the shape menu and use it successfully as a layer. Art Text 3, although wonderful in many ways, does not seem to recognise the file, although it finds the filepath. I had hoped that the Custom Folder in the new shape menu would help, but can't find any format that can be opened from there. So, two questions really: How can I use my own symbol? And: What is the Custom Folder used for?

Hi Fiona,

Probably, you tried to select an image using the Custom Folder feature. You should select a folder. The program will display images from this folder in the left panel. Only PDF format can be used to import vector graphics.
