Trouble Keeping Transparent Background with EPS

Postby mmessing » May 18th, 2014, 8:52 pm

I have been using Art Text 2 off and on for a few years. I don't use it a lot. One thing I have always had trouble with is keeping the background transparent when exporting to EPS. It works fine when exporting to PNG but there's always a white background if I export to EPS.

Here's one exported as an EPS and then placed into an InDesign CC document:

Here's the same logo exported as a PNG and then placed into an InDesign CC document:

Any idea how to fix this? I really would prefer to export as a vector graphic.

Hi,

Try to switch off the shadow effect. The shadow is in the raster format, and it seem to require some background.
