Art Text Crashing even after unistall and reinstall

Hi there,

Ive been using ArtTExt for 2 years now and never had problems, I love the tool!

But yesterday I was working with a file and the program crashed. Since that everytime I restart it, there is a crash.

I unstilled the software e redownload from app store, but when I start it it crashes again.

I sent you the report via email.

please let me know what to do.

Our programers will investigate the problem and I will get back to you. We are working on an update, so the fix is on the way.

You can restore the factory settings this way:
1. Reinstall the program (you have done this).
2. Remove the program settings by deleting this folder:
~/Library/Containers/com.belightsoft.ArtText2
3. Delete all unsaved documents. The program can try to open them when it starts.
Open this folder
~/Library/Autosave Information/
and delete all Art Text documents.

Instead of deleting, you can move the specified items to the Desktop or another folder to be able to restore them. To get to the specified folder, copy the path. In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder (Cmd-G) and paste the path. Click Go.

Hi

Please try to follow post #3. Begin with the removing unsaved documents. Actually, you can move all unsaved documents to some folder, for instance Desktop, ans see if this helps. If it doesn't, complete steps 1 and 2. The unsaved documents can be returned then to the original folder to continue working with them. Also, you can open each manually to find out which one is broken if the problem has been fixed by removing these docs.
