Default Address Panel

When I insert and address panel from say my address book, one of the default tabs is Name + Company. Is there any way to change a setting so that when I insert the address panel, it shows just the name only, instead of me having to change it manually. Also, can the same be done for the preferred address to default to Home, not work?

Create a new document. Change the address panel type to Name. Choose Home for the displayed address. Save this document as a custom template (File > Save As Template). Select this template in the Designs tab of the Assistant to create and print new documents.
