I received the following email, but clicking on the url does not work.
I am also unable to locate the response, or even my own post since the system says I have never posted! I had subscribed to topic but the system says I have no such ..

My post was that printing on Avery 8162 ignores the setting that drops the first label about 22 mm from the top, and instead prints as if there was no drop down.

Hi joecain,

If all printed labels are too high on paper, you should run printer calibration (File > Calibrate Printer. You print the calibration sheet on Avery 8162, find out the offset distance using the printed rulers and input this value into the calibration dialog.

Note that:
1. You should select Avery 8162 before starting calibration.
2. The calibration rulers take several labels on the page. To utilize the rest, set "Start from label" to 3 in the print dialog when you print your labels next time.
