After choosing a label design from the Assistant, whenever I choose the Change Layout from the Document section of the Inspector window, or indeed from the File menu, my application freezes. Is this a known bug?

I can change the layout easily enough before selecting a design, and start from scratch, but I'm pretty-sure that before I could pick a ready-made layout, select a different label template and adapt the design to suit. This is now impossible. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm running Snow Leopard, and Labels & Addresses version 1.3.3 (v368)

Hi Ian,

On my computer the Change Layout dialog opens normally.

Please try to move the preferences file
from this folder
to your Desktop and see if you can change the layout. If not, please send me your console log after an attempt to open the Change Layout dialog.

Re-installation the program may help. Delete the Labels & Addresses application from the Applications folder and run the installer.

Hey, that worked! :-)

Many thanks for your prompt and helpful reply. And congratulations on a great application too.

I'm getting the same problem.

If I move the plist away then I'm told that Labels and Addresses is unlicensed. If I enter my licence code it tells me this is invalid. (I upgraded yesterday from MailFactory, with which I'd not had problems before, and reinstalled the whole of Printfolio).

So how do I now move forward?

fairmeadow, make sure you are entering license code properly, in capitals. More reliable is to copy & paste it from the email data.
