Hi All,

We released technical update for Labels & Addresses version 1.3.3, this update features following improvements:
- Fixed the bug that caused the program to freeze when choosing the source file for FileData fields and barcodes.
- Fixed the problem with the program reading Mail Factory preferences incorrectly after the first launch, which prevented it from transferring the Senders database from Mail Factory.
- Fixed the problem with the Senders list in the Contacts panel being reset after each restart.
- Added several Compulabel templates.

This update is FREE for all Labels & Addresses users, download version 1.3.3 from:

Hi Andrew
No way to install this 1.3.3 update (or the full version too).
Here's the error message I get:
Install failed
The source media you are installing from is damaged.
Try installing from a different copy of the source media or contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

I had no problems installing the update. However, I still get a hang when I get to print. I'm running Snow Leopard and when I choose print, then the "Next" button on the following page I get the spinning beach ball and must force quit the program. I am able to print OK from other programs and I have the latest print driver for my Epson WorkForce 600.

Hi jakkke,

I tried to update 1.2 to 1.3.3. The About... dialog box displays version 1.3.3 (v368). Is it possible that you have an update installer for 1.3.2 ? The version number is indicated in the Readme file.

Hi

The updater placed the program outside of the "Printofolio Units" map so I keept the old one and that was the one staring.

So now everything is just fine.

We have fixed problems in the full and update installation packages. Please download a new copy of the installer.

Sorry for the trouble.

Hi Nick,
It seems like update and full versions are now working rightly (at least for me :^)).

Hello,
I have just tried to update (v1.3.3 from v1.1) and get an error message as follows:

(AccessDeniedAccess Denied439AA5143CAE3245PTk1PBgxOJTwFxtQ8gh+ThacKZdF1fHKrJViMPWSiCvERvrrn0qY2dWj43dA8seV)

Could the problem be that I don't keep the application in the Applications folder? What can I try next?
Thanks,

Thanks, Ajax, but that didn't work either. I got the same "AccessDenied" message. I trashed it from all of the accounts, emptied the trash, then restarted. Anything else I can try?

bdarveaux, you can try to trash whole /Library/Application Support/BeLight Software folder and restart installation or get full installation package in Download section on this website. Second way is preferable anyway.

Thanks, again, Ajax.

I did the second option. I downloaded the whole program, installed it, threw out v1.1, did a search to make sure there wasn't another copy of v1.1 floating around somewhere. Now a new problem. I have two files in my dock that I use quite often. If I open the program with them I still get v1.1 (according to "About Labels and Addresses"). If I drag and drop a file icon onto the program icon it opens v.1.3.3. If I then save the file (while in v1.3.3), quit, then open with the icon in the dock, I again get v1.1. Do I need to throw out an old plist file or something?

I have also tried throwing out the dock icons and putting new ones from the original files, but that didn't work either.

Hi Blaise,

You can delete one of two versions of Labels & Addresses (for example, v1.1).

Or, you can select which application should open your documents. To do this, right-click on a document in Finder and select Get Info in the pop-up menu. In the "Open With" section of the Info pane, select an application. Its version number is indicated in brackets. To apply this selection to all the documents of Labels & Addresses, click the Change All button.
