Thank you for doing this ahead of schedule, however, I'm getting a hang, which requires a forced quit at the second page of the print dialog. After the preview page,

I'm using an Epson PX800FW under Rosetta. No SL driver for it as of yet.

Regards,

John

Hi John,

Could you send please the console log and your document you print to support@belightsoft.com? We'll try to find out if the problem was caused by our program or the printer driver.

If the the print process freezes after you click Print in the second print dialog, click there the Preview button to see the document in the Preview application. Will it print if you select File > Print in the menu?

To save the console log, open the Console application (from the Applications/Utilities folder). Choose "File > Save a Copy As" in the menu of Console.

Just to be sure, are you using Labels & Addresses 1.3.2 ?

It's a printer driver issue.

I found a Gutenprint driver for my printer and Snow Leopard and it's working fine now.

My guess is that printing using Rosetta is flaky at this time but then...

Thank you once again for getting this update out so quickly. I use L&A on a daily basis and it's excellent.

Regards,

John
