I want to print file folder labels, not an address or anything related to mailing. One field of text ("Checking" or "December" for example.)

Can anyone tell me how to just enter arbitrary text to print a label, and also how to use a Print List to print a group of labels? I've hunted around quite a bit and just can't make it happen!

I really like Mail Factory and want to use it's great label printing capability to print non-address labels.

Click the "A" button on the toolbar then click on the label. A text box will be added, type text in it.

Print Lists are used to insert automatically new text in every next label or envelope. If this is exactly what you want, read Mail Factory User's Manual. There is an example on how to print non-address information using Print Lists (price labels): Chapter 6, example 3.
