We are having a problem when pulling 500+ v-cards out of a folder for the source for the labels. It isn't always pulling the full set.

Is there a maximum? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi rkelly,

500 contacts shouldn't be a limit for MF.

It isn't always pulling the full set.

"Pulling" means importing or printing?

Does the print dialog of MF indicate the correct number of contacts?

We are importing the v-cards from a folder. Initially we create a search, then we drag the v-cards to a folder on the desktop. Finally, we import the v-cards into Mail Factory.

No, the print dialog doesn't indicate the correct number of contacts. It doesn't import all of the records.

I tried exporting vCards from Entourage (version 10.1.1 (2418)) - some contacts were exported with the "vc" extension instead of "vcf". Files with both extensions are recognized by the system as Microsoft Entourage Contact, but Mail Factory recognizes only the "vcf" extension.

Check extensions of your files. Maybe those who have "vc" were not imported.

Another thing to check, find any contact missing in Mail Factory list and try import it separately from others. What happens?
