Hi,

I'm testing Mail Factory for 2 days now.
I've just one question about printlist. Is it possible (in full version ?) to use the (smart) groups from Apple Address Book as printlist ?

e.g.
I have those entries in Apple address book : Joe, Jim, Max.
I have a (smart) group, named "Jstart", containing all "J" started name (Joe, Jim)
I create a printlist in Mail Factory from the Jstart group.
If I add "Jules" to the Apple Address book, Jules is in the "Jstart" group.
But Jules doesn't belong to the printlist in Mail Factory :-(

Am I clear ? maybe not. lol

Is a automatic updating process of the printlist avaible ?
Has someone an trick for my problem ?

Thanks

PS : in fact, I'm using SmartBook for smartgroup, using MacOS 10.3.9

Hi,

You can create a print list from smart and from ordinary group. But the print list will not update automatically. This does not take much time to create a print list from contacts of some group if it was changed.

Ok "it's not a bug, it's a feature" lol

It's taking time and a little boring if you have over 800 cards and multigroups adherence.
Except this, your soft is great.

Thanks
