Canadian Format City, Province, Postal COde

Postby Akaash » September 8th, 2015, 11:08 pm

I should like to use the program to address envelopes to Canadian destinations. It appears, however, that the program generates a city-province-postal code line with one space between each item and leaves the city name in regular case if the rest of the address is in regular case, e.g.:

123 Main St
Vancouver BC V1V 1V1

Standard Canada Post guidelines, however, call for two spaces between the province and the postal code and for this line to be entirely in capital letters, e.g.:

123 Main St
VANCOUVER BC V1V 1V1

Is there any way to adjust the layout so that there are two spaces between the province and the postal code and so that the city is in all-capital letters (even if the rest of the address is in conventional sentence case, with a combination of upper and lower case letters)?
