Using 'Address Fields' to make a listing

I have tried several times to set up a booklet with a list of members of a group and their information. I set up the address fields for the entry and then added <Next Record>in front of the Address field of the next Record set up.

When I select Print and then select the list to be used from my Apple Contact list, I get a copy of the document with only 1 person's information for each listing. So 6 people in the list - 6 documents with each document having one entry and the rest the fields.


Help please.
