How to bring back My Templates from external drive ?

I asked a similar question some time ago when upgrading to SP4.
Now, I did a total erase of the hard drive and Re-installed Sierra.
I don't remember what I did, but when I click the small arrow in My Templates, it opens My Templates folder, with another "My Templates" folder which has all of my templates.
But My Templates inside SP4 is empty.
When I open any template inside saved My Templates folder, everything is screwed up, fonts changed, elements moved..etc.

Before reinstalling macOS I copied SP4 and My Templates to external drive.
After reinstalling, I just copied SP4 from external drive.

I feel I did something wrong here. Should I redownload SP4 from Belightsoft ?
How to correctly reinstall My Templates please ?
I attached an image of My Templates folder.

Thank you!

To restore your templates from the backups, you can follow these steps:
1. Open Swift Publisher.
2. Bring up the Template Gallery and click on the arrow next to the "My Templates" item. Finder will open the "My Templates" folder where user's templates are stored.
3. Copy your templates from the backup to the "My Templates" folder.
4. In the Template Gallery, select any other category and then "My Templates" in order to update its contents. The copied files should appear in "My Templates".
