Postby mwillmann » October 26th, 2014, 3:06 pm

i use, Yosemite MacOs 10.10 i have dwnl the very actual installer (3.3.6).
When i start the appilikation it takes a long time jumping up and down on the dock.
But the Applikation didn't really starts, it also not shows up in the application switcher (you know cmd and tab). But when i open force quitting it shows that the applikation is working and i can shot her down).

:-(

surely i have made several installations and also restarted my unit also several times :-)

What else to test the software?

We have found out what caused the problem. It happens when version 3.3.6 is installed using the full package installer. For a temporary workaround, please do this:
1. Remove a copy of Swift Publisher that doesn't work.
2. Download and install the previous version using this link:
http://s3.amazonaws.com/belightsoft/SwiftPublisher.dmg
3. Run the Swift Publisher 3 > Check for Updates menu command and update the program.

Users who have got version 3.3.6 via the updating procedure, and those who downloaded the program from the App Store won't face this problem.

We apologize for inconvenience and working hard to fix the full package installer.

The problem is fixed. The full installation package contains Swift Publisher 3.3.6 that should work.
