SP2, some little things…

Hi,
Great update, really good work BeLight :^)
Some remarks:
- for Apple, it's a v1.2 update (not a v2.0)
- in the Assistant, the Open Recent drop down menu moves according to the size (height) of the Assistant window
- there's no way to jump to the first/last Master Pages with some shortkeys as you may do with normal pages using Home and End (Fn-Home/Fn-End with a laptop)
- if you leave a v1.3x on you hard disk and install SP2, it's the v1.3x Help that opens from the Help>SP Help menu item.
- if the v2.0 help, there's an error in the page about Menus, you indicate two times the same shortkey Cmd-Ctrl-P:
- for the Fit Page, it(s right
- and for the Show/Hide Pages Preview (in place of Cmd-Opt-P)
- when moving pages from the thumbnails, the cursor change to a "Plus" cursor as it's a duplicate function not a move one.

It seems the help is corrected.
Cmd-Opt-P works with the Pages Panel.
Cmd-Ctrl-P fits the page.
